1. Agreement

By creating an account or using COBRA.ai ("Service"), operated by PWR Enterprises LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use COBRA.ai. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should have parental consent.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at thedripaiapp@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

COBRA.ai offers paid subscription plans billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact thedripaiapp@gmail.com within 7 days of a charge for refund requests.

5. Free Trial

New users receive a limited number of free messages to try the Service. Free trial access is intended for individual evaluation only. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent trial limits is prohibited and may result in account termination.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use COBRA.ai to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, abusive, or deceptive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the platform
• Circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Use the Service for spam or unsolicited commercial messaging

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

7. AI-Generated Content

COBRA.ai provides AI-generated responses for informational and creative purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI output. Do not rely solely on COBRA.ai for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Always verify important information with qualified professionals.

8. Intellectual Property

The COBRA.ai platform, brand, and underlying technology are owned by PWR Enterprises LLC. You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By using COBRA.ai you grant us a limited license to process your inputs to deliver the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PWR Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of COBRA.ai after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when changes are made.
